How can I reserve a puppy from an upcoming litter?

The first step is to complete our puppy application form to introduce yourself so we can learn more about you. We recommend contacting us early to discuss availability and place a deposit to reserve your puppy. Deposits will hold your place on our waitlist, but please contact us first to ensure we have a litter available or planned.

Are your puppies socialized before adoption?

Puppies are raised with and handled daily by our family and are well socialized with people and animals. In addition to our Mastiffs, we currently have a rabbit, chickens, ducks and sometimes pigs on our farm. These provide a great variety of different experiences for the puppies. We will begin potty training by four weeks, which should help you as you continue the process.

Are the puppies registered?

Yes, our litters are registered with AKC. Most of our puppies are sold with limited (pet only) registration. Full registration with showing and breeding rights may available on some puppies, but we reserve the right to make the final decision on any puppy.

What is the price and what forms of payment do you accept?

Prices vary, but please contact us to discuss. We require a $500 deposit to reserve your puppy. We accept cash, check, PayPal (Friends & Family) and Venmo for deposit. If paying by check, deposit will not be considered as paid until the check clears the bank. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on or before pickup day. If your puppy is being delivered, we will discuss an alternative payment option beforehand. We do NOT accept checks for final payment. Deposits are non-refundable but will deducted from the total purchase price.

How do I get my puppy?

We welcome you to come to come to our farm to pick up your puppy once it turns 8 weeks old. If you are unable to come pick up your puppy, please discuss delivery options with us in advance. We are happy to work with you to make sure your puppy arrives safe and sound.

Do you provide support after I bring my puppy home?

Absolutely, we offer ongoing guidance to ensure a smooth transition and happy life for your new companion. Part of the adoption process is completing a contract. We require a puppy contract with each adoption. The contract outlines expectations for both parties and includes our one-year-from-purchase-date genetic health guarantee. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you have.

What happens if my puppy gets sick?

Your puppy will leave our home clean, in good general health, and free of communicable diseases. The puppy will be examined by a veterinarian prior to leaving us. Our contract stipulates that new owners take their puppy to their veterinarian within 4 days of it leaving our premises. If the vet finds your puppy to be in poor health and you wish to return the puppy to us for a refund or for another puppy (if available), we must be notified within 3 days of the vet check. We require documentation from the veterinarian detailing their findings. Veterinary expenses and transportation costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
